Exercise Balls, Fitness Balls
In pilates, these air-filled balls give support in backbends, hip openers and restorative poses. Made from a durable vinyl, they can support up to 600 pounds. Balls are shipped uninflated. They inflate with either the included 9" mini Ball Pump or our Heavy Duty 14" Double Handle Ball Pump which can be purchased separately. The Balls are available in one bright color per ball size.
The manufacturer recommends that you choose the correct ball size according to your height.
If you are over six feet tall, the 75 cm Ball is recommended.
For individuals 5 ft. 7 in. to 5 ft. 11 in. - the 65 cm Ball is suggested.
For individuals 5 ft. to 5 ft. 6 in. - the 55 cm Ball is suggested.
